A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

One (1) entry is available by submitting the required information, including a valid email address, through the official Giveaway page. No social media follow, like, purchase, referral, or other bonus action is required to receive the initial entry or to be eligible to win.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

The Giveaway is open worldwide, where permitted by law, to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country, province, state, territory, or other jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Entrants must:

• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Giveaway is legally permitted;

• Meet the applicable age-of-majority requirement;

• Provide a valid email address; and

• Comply with these Official Rules.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees, representatives, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, as well as individuals directly involved in administering or fulfilling the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their participation is permitted under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Giveaway page hosted through KingSumo and submit the required information, including a valid email address.

Successfully completing the initial entry provides the entrant with:

One (1) Giveaway entry.

No purchase or social media action is required for this entry.

After completing the initial entry, entrants will be presented with optional opportunities to earn additional entries.

Each individual may complete the initial email entry only once.

Entrants may choose to earn additional entries by completing eligible bonus actions displayed on the Giveaway page.

Bonus entry opportunities include:

• Follow BHF Bold Artist on Instagram: +10 entries

• Follow or Like BHF Bold Artist on Facebook: +5 entries

• Explore the Fine Art Print Collection: +5 entries

• Successful Referral: +3 entries for each eligible person who enters through the entrant’s unique KingSumo referral link

These actions are optional and are not required to enter or win.

A successful referral occurs when another eligible individual uses the entrant’s unique referral link and successfully completes an eligible Giveaway entry.

Bonus entries may be subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove bonus entries that cannot reasonably be verified or that result from fake accounts, automated activity, fraudulent referrals, duplicate activity, or other attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.

The number of eligible entries held by an entrant affects that entrant’s chances of being selected in the random draw.

One (1) confirmed winner will receive one eligible Beren Hollins-Frank museum-quality fine art print.

The prize has an approximate retail value of up to $275 CAD.

The winner will select one artwork from the eligible Fine Art Print Collection designated for the Giveaway.

The actual retail value may vary depending on the selected artwork, print format, size, and fulfillment requirements.

The prize:

• Has no cash alternative;

• Is non-transferable; and

• Must be selected from the eligible prize options provided by the Sponsor.

If a particular prize option becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may provide a reasonably comparable substitute, subject to applicable law.

The winner may select one artwork from the designated Beren Hollins-Frank Fine Art Print Collection.

Eligible artwork currently includes:

• Rose the Singer

• Himba Woman

• Orange

• Arrival

• After the Show

• Into the Woods

• Yellow

• Lost in Time

The Giveaway prize does not include original artwork or artwork outside the designated eligible collection.

The format of the winning print will depend on the winner’s shipping location and available fulfillment options.

Canada and the United States

The winner will receive a ready-to-hang canvas print using the eligible size and specifications established for the selected artwork.

Anticipated specifications include:

• Stretched canvas

• Knife Artistic Varnish

• Decorative Moulding Float frame

• Ready-to-hang finish

Other International Locations

For eligible winners outside Canada and the United States, the prize will be provided as a rolled fine art print.

The exact size, material, and specifications available may depend on the artwork selected and the fulfillment options available for the winner’s location.

All prize options remain subject to shipping and fulfillment availability in the winner’s country or region.

The Giveaway is intended to be available internationally where participation and prize fulfillment are legally permitted.

Prize delivery is subject to the shipping destinations supported by the Sponsor’s fulfillment provider and applicable shipping restrictions.

If a potential winner resides in a location where the prize cannot legally or reasonably be shipped or fulfilled, that individual may be deemed ineligible and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, restrictions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control that may affect international delivery.

After the Giveaway closes, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random through KingSumo on or about September 14, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

All eligible initial and bonus entries will be included in the random selection.

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of eligible entries held by each entrant.

Selection by KingSumo does not automatically make the selected entrant the confirmed winner.

The individual selected in the random draw will initially be considered the potential winner and must successfully complete the winner verification process.

The potential winner will be contacted privately using the email address provided when entering the Giveaway.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the time the winner notification is sent.

The notification will provide instructions for completing the required winner verification and prize claim process.

The Sponsor will not publicly announce a winner before the potential winner has successfully completed the required verification process.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must:

• Respond to the winner notification within 72 hours;

• Confirm their eligibility under these Official Rules;

• Provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility;

• Complete any legally required winner declaration or verification;

• Correctly answer a skill-testing question where required by applicable law;

• Provide the information required to fulfill the prize; and

• Accept the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.

The potential winner becomes the confirmed winner only after all applicable requirements have been successfully completed.

Where required by applicable law, including where applicable to Canadian entrants, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

The skill-testing question will be provided privately as part of the winner verification process.

It is not required to enter the Giveaway.

Where a skill-testing question is legally required and the potential winner does not answer it correctly, the potential winner will not be confirmed as the winner and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

A potential winner may be disqualified if they:

• Do not respond within the required 72-hour period;

• Cannot be contacted using the information provided;

• Do not meet the Giveaway eligibility requirements;

• Fail to complete required verification;

• Fail to correctly answer a legally required skill-testing question;

• Decline the prize;

• Fail to provide information reasonably required for prize fulfillment; or

• Otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The alternate potential winner will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.

The potential winner may be required to complete a private Winner Information & Artwork Selection Form.

Information requested may include:

• Full name

• Email address

• Telephone number where required for shipping

• Country

• Complete shipping address

• Selected artwork

• Information required to determine the appropriate print format

• Additional information reasonably required for prize fulfillment

• Permission relating to a public winner announcement, where applicable

Information collected through the winner verification and fulfillment process will be used for purposes related to administering and fulfilling the Giveaway and as otherwise permitted by applicable law or consented to by the winner.

The winning print will be produced and fulfilled through Pictorem and shipped to the confirmed winner.

The confirmed winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and fulfillment information.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver the prize resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

Shipping times will vary depending on the winner’s location, production requirements, carrier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges associated with receiving the prize that are imposed by the winner’s country or jurisdiction are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Entrants are encouraged to consider any local requirements that may apply to receiving a prize from an international Giveaway.

The Sponsor will not publicly announce a winner immediately following the random draw.

A winner may be publicly announced only after the potential winner:

• Has been contacted;

• Has responded within the required timeframe;

• Has successfully completed applicable eligibility and verification requirements;

• Has correctly answered any legally required skill-testing question; and

• Has accepted the prize.

The confirmed winner may be announced through BHF Bold Artist’s website, Instagram, Facebook and/or email communications, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any consent required for public identification.

The email address submitted to enter the Giveaway will be used as necessary to administer the Giveaway, including entry-related communications, winner notification, verification, and prize fulfillment.

When entering, participants will also have the option to separately consent to receiving promotional and marketing emails from Beren Hollins-Frank / BHF Bold Artist by selecting the marketing consent checkbox provided on the Giveaway entry form.

Consent to receive marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway or to be eligible to win. Choosing to receive or not receive marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

Entrants who provide marketing consent may receive emails about Beren Hollins-Frank’s artwork, fine art prints, new releases, news, and related updates.

Marketing subscribers may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used as reasonably necessary to:

• Administer the Giveaway;

• Manage and verify entries;

• Contact and verify a potential winner;

• Fulfill and deliver the prize;

• Prevent fraud or misuse; and

• Meet applicable legal or administrative requirements

Information may be shared with service providers involved in administering or fulfilling the Giveaway where reasonably necessary, including KingSumo, Systeme.io, Pictorem, and applicable shipping providers.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries, bonus actions, referrals, and entrant eligibility.

Entries or bonus entries may be removed where there is reasonable evidence of:

• False or misleading information;

• Duplicate or fraudulent entries;

• Automated or bot-generated activity;

• Fake accounts;

• Fraudulent or manipulated referrals;

• Abuse of bonus-entry opportunities;

• Attempts to interfere with the Giveaway or its administration; or

• Violation of these Official Rules.

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant whose conduct compromises or attempts to compromise the fairness, integrity, security, or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform interruptions, unauthorized intervention, errors, circumstances affecting prize fulfillment, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the fairness, security, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Where reasonably possible and permitted by law, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before such an event or take another reasonable approach to completing the Giveaway.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, or misdirected entries caused by technical problems, internet interruptions, platform failures, transmission errors, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This Giveaway may be promoted through Instagram and Facebook.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook, and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.

Questions regarding the Giveaway should be directed to BHF Bold Artist rather than Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

KingSumo is used to administer Giveaway entries and bonus entries.

Pictorem is used to produce and fulfill the winning fine art print.

Other service providers, including Systeme.io, may be used to support Giveaway administration and communications.

Use of these third-party services does not mean that the Giveaway is sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it is offered.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

If a provision of these Official Rules conflicts with a requirement that cannot legally be waived or excluded in an entrant’s jurisdiction, the applicable legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
